Jim Ballard started his electronic music career in Colorado Springs CO in the USA in 1999. Jim''s music lies within the boundaries of Steve Roach''s dream music and Tangerine Dream’s sequence music. Jim was one out of ten artists featured in the Sequence Magazine out of England and has had many cds out in the local store’s. Jim has mentioned that in the everyday hard struggle that we all face, he wants to take people away for at least an hour and relax their troubled minds. Jim’s music has relaxing soundscapes and songs that flow into other songs within the same song so you are always flowing somewhere in time, space and your dreams. Also in some songs there is a hint of Native America Indian overtures in his music from his possible Cherokee ties.
