James Riley was born in Hampton county S.C. after moving to Lakeland Florida about 50 miles west of Orlando Florida and 30 East of Tampa Florida USA as his Talent Grew Riley began performing and Traveling with his R&B Group and performing at community Centers, Schools and city parks, later James Riley began singing in the church choir and started writing and arranging his music, after opening his recording Studio in central Florida, Riley began producing his music and became well known, having travel to central and south America with demand high for his music, Riley recorded his first CD God is able on his record label Jam records and recording /Jam Production
