INRB are back with full force and a new album named It´s That Thing was released in May 2005. Its an album with the emphasis on Inger''s own songs and the familiar mixture of contemporary Nashville sounds, shuffle beats and hard country weepers.
The album "It´s that thing " was released and promoted by Comstock Records Arizona USA, in Europe,Australia and USA july 2005.
Inger Nordstrom & Rhinestone Band hadn´t been together for more than a couple of months when they won the Swedish Radio P4 Country Music Award back in 1990.
After a year of touring and rehearsing their first album, Cimmaron County, was released in (1991). That album earned Inger and the band several awards including a Discovery Award in Music Row Magazine, making it a good starting point for a career that still continues.
Throughout the nineties Inger and Rhinestone Band was touring a lot, including three tours to the USA highlighted by performances on legendary Nashville stages. Three more albums were released: Sylvie Marie (1993), Living With A Broken Heart (1995) and Hey Conductor (1997). In addition, a solo album with Inger and top notch Nashville pickers, All Alone Together,was released in (1999).
