Members of the outstanding acoustic/bluegrass group Hickory Project team up with former Grass Is Dead founder to showcase the improvisational side of the quartet. Mandolin Champion Anthony Hannigan, former Florida Fiddle Champion Sue Cunningham, banjoist/innovator David Cavage, and Billy Gilmore on the guitar and bass have created a dynamic presentation of swing, jazz, and bluegrass tunes with a jam-band approach. All four musicians have produced CDs with touring bands, and this album is their chance to explore new territory with a "Strength In Numbers" approach together.
