Born in the heat of the Old Pueblo in Tucson, Arizona, Billy developed his talents from a multitude of influences from listening to Conway Twitty albums in his grandma''s kitchen, learning to play a guitar with his daddy, to traveling the world in search of perfect lyrics that describe what his music is all about.

Billy has opened for Mark Wills, The Fryed Brothers Band, played for local luminaries in several southern venues, competed in local battle of the bands and he''s even made the national news when he and opened for General Clark during a 2004 presidential campaign rally.

With heartfelt vocals, poetic lyrics and an energetic performance, singer/songwriter Billy Scroggs has captured the pulse of Today''s Country Music and will continue to attract many diverse fans.
