After writing and performing his songs in Chicago-area coffeehouses and clubs for nearly 10 years, the 26-year old Thomas has finally released his first full-length studio album, The Recovery.

"I''m thrilled about how it turned out," Thomas explains, "it sort of steps out of the speakers and grabs you. It''s definitely got the intensity I was going for when I started the project...some songs are all out loud rock and roll; some are so subdued it''s deafening... pretty dynamic."
