Gabby Taylor is from a remote community in northern Manitoba Canada called St. Theresa Point. He grew up in a small house of 3 sisters and 2 brothers him being the youngest. Watching his father play the acoustic guitar was the only entertainment there was, he was determined to learn and play on his own.
Over the years he grew up listening to classic country and gospel music singing along to the lyrics.
