Orlando Ceaser has written three books of poetry; Teach the children to dance, Look for the blessing and Leadership above the rim. He specializes in motivating individuals and groups to reach their potential. His perspective was developed from over 30 years in business, church and civic activites.

Teach the children to Dance, the CD was derived from the book of the same name. Each poem has a unique melody by Jonathan McAllister to enhance the power of the spoken words.

Teach the children to dance calls upon each of us, as dance instructors to use our leadership to fortify the talent of our young people. The message to young people is to reach their God given talent and resist the distractions of the detractors who wish to prevent them from achieving excellence.
