This is the question that has been asked many times over for the past nearly 29 years to Clifford Blackwell a transit bus operator in central Jersey that serves the Rt. 9 corridor. This very fine song writer/ musician has been writing great songs for over two decades. His forte is writing contemporary Christian music, but believes there’s a message in everything… to relate to all people, in other words becoming all things to all men. Cliff’s career is coming to an end soon at transit, so he decided to write a song about his beloved central Jersey riders not from his standpoint but there’s as commuters who live in those “posh” neighborhoods along the Rt.9 corridor in central Jersey and though living large... still catch that “New York City Bus” in the morning to maintain their glorious… life styles!
