Hello!

I am Brenda Conti, a songwriter and jazz vocalist from New England. The songs featured on my debut CD are from my collection entitled Catharsis. They describe my feelings as I consider various people who have touched my life.

My musical influences are deep as well as diverse. I grew up singing and playing guitar in church. I''d say the greatest influence on my songwriting to date has been Carole King. Ella Fitzgerald''s influence on my jazz singing continues to grow as I learn more about her impeccable style.
