Born in 1982 on Christmas day, Dominiq was never handed anything. All his life his mother struggled with a major addiction problem. Her addiction took a major toll on their relationship.

Dominiq was eventually raised by his grandmother. She taught him many life lessons. But the one lesson that sticks out most profoundly in his mind is the fact that God is in control, and that everything is going to be alright.
