LovesouL. When producing her music tracks, she uses computer software programs. The process begins by selecting the instruments to collect the elements of the track. Each instrument has it’s own section of sounds to chose from and plays approximately for a ½ of a second. After selecting the instrument of choice, she determines when and where it will enter and exit throughout the song and how long it will be extended to play. Once the selection has been made, she arranges them into song format, including intro, chorus/hook, verses, bridge and so on until the song’s instrumental set up is complete. Even the words you hear are provided by the software program but arranged to form complete sentences/lyrics by LovesouL. And make no mistake about it, it takes just as much time, skill, talent and dedication to compose a track using a computer software program as it does to play any of the instruments the traditional way.
