Miriam is currently music director and worship leader at Hatfield Christian Church North, Pretoria, South Africa. She is also a qualified teacher of modern/jazz dance and teaches dance at her church.

She refers to “The Beauty of You” as a praise and worship CD with a difference.
Not wanting to be bound to a particular music style, Miriam expresses her deep love and yearning for her Lord through a creative buffet of styles including classical, rock, pop, funk, smooth jazz and some more…
Her voice can be described as intimately soothing, and yet hip, as she blends into the various styles on “The Beauty of You”

Miriam, her husband, who co-produced her CD, and their two children, spent 2.5 years in Greenville, South Carolina during which time she was greatly inspired by the excellence shown in the American music industry. Her CD and the styles used is consequently in part a reflection of her exposure to this season in her life.
