Hello, I want to introduce myself to you. This is my first CD, but it''s been a long time in coming. I began taking violin lessons, at the age of 7, in Canada, where I grew up. I was not one of those outstanding prodigy''s by the way. I was placed in various orchestras and quartets as a child, (but boy did I hate practicing).
My introduction into spontaneous composition happened in a church setting, as one of the musicians in the "worship band". The more I just settled my heart and attention on the Lord, the more I just was freed up to flow in my playing.
I''m wellllllll past the age of 7 now, married, mother of 4 kids. It is a joy to play my violin, even, all by myself at home, just to Worship. I''m very glad to offer this CD after many years of requests, and have the fun of doing several layers, because of the wonderful, recording work done by Jesse Sprinkle/Bluebrick Industries.
This music is best enjoyed, just soaking it in. My hope is for it to refresh and heal people all the way through their souls.
