Fatty James is a collaboration of two songwriters from Denver, Colorado - Larry W. King and Stephen Wilburn. Larry and Steve have performed together in a variety of Denver bands and ensembles, including the regionally-acclaimed "Funk Attack Band."

In 2001 they began writing songs together and found that their shared love of funky music, strong vocals and uplifting lyrics meshed together into something very cool and inspiring.

Who do they sound like? Soar with the high-flying vocals of Stevie Wonder or Fred Hammond, while cruising in the jet stream of old-school-style funk bands like Cameo and Funkadelic, and you''re in the right atmosphere!

Larry and Steve have recorded three CDs as Fatty James and "Allright" is their latest offering (2004).
