Hailing From Mason City and Des Moines, Iowa, Keith new early in life that music was his calling. Moving to Austin, Texas in 1988 on a full-ride music scholarship, Keith studied at the University of Texas. Calling Autin home, Keith came upon an opportunity to play with the R&B group "Memphis Train Revue" and connected with various musicians in and around the Austin Music Scene. It was here that he met his greatest musical influences.

Many are featured on his debut album, Bedtime Stories. Through each artists support, love, strength, and insight, the music speaks for itself.
