Jennifer is a registered nurse and mother of 3 children. When her youngest child was diagnosed with Autism a decade ago, she was feeling overwhelmed by stress. She began studying and practicing various relaxation and meditation techniques. Jennifer wanted to do everything in her power to assist her son to achieve his greatest potential. She began making her own affirmation tapes over 10 years ago. She removed confusing pronouns and difficult language that were in most of the commercial tapes available.
