We all met at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. Our first gig was opening for Emerson Drive at a bar Thousand Oaks. We were then asked to be on the local country radio station to perform a song live. After that we started writing more songs and practicing as much as we could. We did some gigs around school which included opening for Tyrone Wells. We were in need of a demo, so we started setting up recording time. In April we were done with our first EP, and then were asked back to the bar in Thousand Oaks where scenes from a new low-budget movie were being filmed called “Down and Distance” (directed by Brian DePalma). We recorded two songs for the movie. Hopefully it should be out soon! This past summer we went on a tour of South Texas and played at bars, clubs, and restaurants. Unfortunately during this time, David our fiddle player was unable to make the tour due to a massive car accident in May ‘07. It truly is amazing that he has fully recovered and still able to memorize the audience by playing his fiddle. We are currently writing more songs and planning our next tour.
