For more than twenty years, Sal Arico has been composing and performing contemporary Christian songs as well as praise and worship music which has inspired many people to develop a closer and more intimate relationship with the Lord.

Sal was born in Astoria Queens, just across the East River from Manhattan. By the time he was nine years old, a love for music had begun which took him through years of classical training on the piano. During high school and college, Sal played with local bands while studying theory and composition. He began performing as a professional in the greater New York metropolitan area as well as Southern Florida until 1982. It was at this time that God called him to serve Him as a minister of music. Sal was introduced to another Christian artist, Billy Falcon and accompanied him on keyboards on two of his albums. During this time, Sal scored two Christian inspired off Broadway Plays. "You Are Special" and "My Father''s Business". He has also been contracted to score a number of corporate videos for such companies as Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Penguin Book Publishers.

Sal''s CD "Watching" is a compilation of songs that has blessed a large number of people throughout the United States and in a number of other countries throughout the World.

His new CD, entitled “Home Again” is comprised of contemporary Christian songs as well as songs of praise which inspire and uplift the heart to enjoy the presence of God and sing joyfully to Him.

Sal is an accomplished pianist, guitarist and vocalist. He writes, arranges and produces all of his songs, as he is inspired of the Lord.

Sal and his wife, Linda currently live in New York, They have one son, Jordan who is being home educated.
