She met her Guru, Swami Amar Jyoti, in 1974 and has resided at Sacred Mountain Ashram in Boulder Colorado ever since. Love Is Your Essence was recorded Live during Satsang, the Wisdom Teachings of Swami Amar Jyoti and conveys the bliss of spiritual intoxication in an atmosphere of joy and surrender.
