Inheritance was formed in 1973, through many changes, David Cannaday, JC Radford, Lin Cannaday , Gary John & Robbie
Wells have been the mainstay of the group. During the time
of these recordings, the band was playing contests, festivals and anywhere a bluegrass band could get work. Since the early 90`s they have been on the Corporate market doing very well.

Of course, Dan Tyminski moved on with Alison Krauss and was
the voice of George Clooney on "Man of Constant Sorrow" in
the movie "O`Brother, Where Art Thou".

Today the group consists of David Cannaday, JC Radford, Gary John & Terry Hannabass
