Details:
Sandra de Fontanes is a Los Angeles based musician and songwriter. She was one of the original members of Sol E Mar, an award-winning percussion group that has been performing Samba and Samba-Reggae throughout California for the last 20 years. She also performed with Sergio Mendez''s lead L.A. percussionist Meia Noite as a member of his Samba-Reggae group The Midnight Drums.

Sandra de Fontanes worked previously as a Language Specialist for the California Public School System. She is the author of a Parent''s Choice Award children''s educational video-series, Hola Amigos, produced by Monterey Media.

Sandra is currently composing songs in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
