Jim was born in Brooklyn, NY but moved to Tennessee to pursue a writing career. he has a mixed sound because of the many influences he grew up with in NY and the new sounds he''s come to love from living in the Nashville area. Latest news from the ECMA (European Country Music Association) is that Jim''s single "Life''s A Highway" came in on their top 250 songs by airplay at #172. Pretty cool!!
