Details:
"Whirlwind" is the first JIVA cd to see a release on CD Baby. It is a departure from the straight-ahead rock of the previous full length "Nightfall" (2002) featuring a more textured approach and more depth. This cd, containing songs such as ''Calling Out,'' ''Upstream'' and ''Hardly With You,'' marks the sign of a new direction.


About JIVA:

JIVA is a Washington, DC area band that started in 1999. In 2000 the original 4 member line-up threw down the "Antic EP" with a shot of adrenaline in their home studio. Live shows followed in 2001, but the line up was not meant to last. With a new drummer, DJ, in 2002 this 4 piece completed the rock it began with The Antic EP playing out their followup cd, Nightfall.
