I am an independent producer/writer whose interest in music started when my mother provided me with drum lessons at age 7. Later on, she arranged to have me take piano lessons as well. I lost touch with that musical side of me in my teens years, but regain an interest in my mid 20s. But that''s enough about me.

''THE MUZIC AND U'' is a song that sort of just came together when I was messing around in the studio one evening. It sort of spoof all of this ''bling bling'', posturing around expensive vehicles, drinking expensive drinks and throwing money into the camera. It''s intention is not to criticize or belittle those who do. It''s just a fresh brake away from the norm done in a spirit of having a little fun with it. I am not of Jamaican decent, but that was the flavor that I felt during the creative process.

Feel free to enjoy a unique sound in music that blends hip-hop and reggae with a touch of house.
