The Stage has been a work in progress for about three years now, and a lot of the tunes recorded have been brought to life with the help of my band. We have been playing together as the John Kelly Band for almost two years now... Wow! They''re an amazing bunch of guys (and gal)... Time Poole (guitar, harmonica, vocals), Geni Poole (bass) and Jeff Martin (drums). I''ve said it before and can easily again, I''m playing with my friends.

I hope you enjoy these songs that span about three years of my life. They''re about family, friends and trying to find my way. I dedicate this CD to my best friend, my wife Nicole.
