Seeds-n-Stems was formed in 2005 by five musicians residing in Casper, Wyoming. Our musical tastes are as widely varied as our backgrounds. We have a healthy mix of Hawaiian, Rap, Punk, Metal and Reggae that intertwine nicely to form the core of our sound. Brennan by nature is a happy, go-lucky individual and that is reflected lyrically in the positive vibe and message of most of our tunes. We have already written fifteen new songs and are set to start recording very soon for our next cd due out in 2009. We play in and around Wyoming and Colorado just about every weekend, and are always interested in venturing to new towns to rock out for you! See you soon. Seeds
