KEYENTA is a rock band in Portland, OR. That''s where they live, record, and perform. They originally formed and started doing shows in the late winter of 2003. They made a couple of short demos and underwent some changes in the line-up before releasing their debut self-produced full length CD, "ENTITLED", a little over a year later in the spring of 2005. The band''s mission and motto is "modern rock with classic style". The band''s members all share a deep love for the colossal and timeless music of the 60''s & 70''s, as well as the profound desire to pioneer a new and definitive sound for their band... a sound that would allow them an avenue to display their diverse influences and retro-roots by integrating the composition and arrangement styles of yesterday with the hard hitting modern sounds and beats of today.
