South Park Coalition (or S.P.C.) is a coalition of Houston hip hop rappers which K-Rino started in 1986, wanting to unite the talent in his South Park neighborhood and the city of Houston. Many of the members were battling each other around the city and were at war with one another. As a whole, they have released a total of over 100 albums, and 2 group studio albums.[1]
The most prominent members are K-Rino, Ganksta N-I-P, Klondike Kat, Point Blank, PSK-13, Ice Lord, A.C. Chill, Murder One, DBX, 20-2 Life, and DJ Screw, who mixed many of the albums and their Chopped and screwed versions.
Many members of the SPC can be seen in the photography portfolio of New York photographer Peter Beste.[2]
They are in no way affiliated with South Park Mexican.
