Jennifer grew up in Eastern North Carolina where she was shaggin'' and singing to beach music at an early age. It comes natural to her, and she admits that writing beach music was purely accidental. "I couldn''t ignore these melodies and rhythms I was hearing. It feels good to sing and write music that is a part of your upbringing, and I was brought up with Caorlina beach music!"
