My name is Jacqueline Leslie Zand. I have been a singer and songwriter for 22 years and never really decided to go any further than material done at home, singing in bands, etc. About 4 years ago, I started playing Texas Holdem and actually became pretty good at it. I started playing in several events each year including the WSOP and WPT events and met some amazing people. In December 2007, My husband and I were in the Bahamas for “The Battle For The Season Pass” a poker boot camp and tournament done every year. How could I have possibly known that I would meet my writer partner, Kenna James, Professional Poker Player, writer, WPT Commentator Canada & WPT Instructor who would ultimately get me back into singing and recording? Well it happened and I am so ecstatic that we are making music together. Our first single was Dream this Dream and my most current is “The Journey” a true story of my life since I started playing poker.
