Tim Seabolt was born and raised in Walton, WV. His family was very involved musically during his childhood, leading to his deep love of bluegrass music. Now after 5 years in the Northeastern US where won numerous awards as a musician and songwriter, Tim has relocated to Lincolnton, NC and is currently touring with his new band, Carolina Storm. Tim''s music is best described as progressive bluegrass and newgrass with a deep respect for tradition. "Grandpa''s Gibson", a collection of Tim''s originals features guest artists: Jim Van Cleve, Ron Stewart, Rick Hayes, Eric Gibson, Leigh Gibson, Josh Swift, and Emily Smith.
