MESTO (Multi-Ethnic STar Orchestra) uniquely specializes in performing ethnic music from around the world in symphonic form with a blend of eastern and western musicians, instrumentation and sounds. Amazing indeed!

Dr. Nabil Azzam, conductor and music director is also a composer, violin and oud virtuoso. He established this orchestra in 2000 and has scored a lot of success since then. MESTO repertoire includes ethnic and original musical compositions from many cultures such as Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian, American, Sephardic, Azerbaijani, Iranian and Taiwanese.

MESTO released its first CD "The Crescent" in 2005 and is looking forward to recording the next one later this year.
