I wrote a book about life, the so called good life and the so called bad life. The book has the good, the bad and the ugly. It will make you cry and it will make you laugh. It may even show you how to help yourself out of a hole.

This is a book that pulls no punches. I do not hide things from the reader but tell it like it is. I hope that the reader will learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of those around me. It is my hope that someone who reads it will stop and think before they smoke that crack. It is my hope that someone who reads it will say no to drugs. It is my hope that someone who reads it and is an addict will decide it is time for recovery.

Life on drugs is a living hell. You may like what they do for you but you will not like what they do to you and those you love. Many can bring instant death others take longer to end your life but they all will eventually ruin or end your life. This is the message of the book.

I do not have a formal education in psychology. My education is from life and those who live it. What I say is from my experiences and my study of people and life over the past 50 years.

I made the CD s to help those with problems, not only with drugs but also with life. I hope that it helps you. My book, The Crazy Old White Man From the Hood, can be ordered in most book stores or on the Internet. Words of Wisdom from the Crazy Old White Man From the Hood and The Injustice System are not complete but the drafts are in E-book form. ALl three can be downloaded free on my website. Copies are also on the CD and can be uploaded to your computer. The audio portion of the CD is part of the words of wisdom book.
