Dennis Montgomery III hails from Shreveport, LA. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music where he received his Bachelor''s Degree of Music Education. While a student at Berklee, he served as Assistant Minister of Music of the Twelfth Baptist Church of Boston,MA. For seven years, he taught in the Quincy and Boston Public Schools while teaching at Berklee part-time. Currently he serves as the Minister of Music of the Concord Baptist Church of Boston, and as a full-time Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music. He has performed with such artist as: Patti LaBelle, Shirley Caesar, Lynette Hawkins Stephens, Edwin Hawkins, Regina Bell, Kurt Carr, Richard Smallwood, Alvin Slaughter, Yolanda Adams, Donald Lawrence, Kim Burrell, James Taylor, Harry Connick Jr., Delfeyo Marsalis, Branford Marsalis, Natalie Cole, Barry Manilow, The Boston Pops, and many others. Dennis has also traveled to Aarau, Switzerland to perform in the Jazzaar "Jazz Family" Concerts, and has toured Ireland, Italy, and Japan.
