Erv Monroe, Principal Flutist with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, teams with the Symphony''s Principal Harpist, Patty Masri-Fletcher, in this delightful recording. Remastered in 2004, the CD exibits excellent sound quality and clarity.

Erv has served as president of the National Flute Association and has written numerous articles for such magazins as the Flutist Quarterly, Flute Talk, and Instrumentalist. He appears frequently as a guest artist in the U.S. and internationally.

Patty Masri-Fletcher holds the Master of Music Degree from the Juilliard School, where she studied with internationally-acclaimed harpist, Susann McDonald. Patty has won numerous awards, including a Ruth Lorraine Close Fellowship for Harp and the Marci Parker Award at the Salvi International Harp Competition.
