Rod Picott''s 2001 debut album, Tiger Tom Dixon''s Blues, was hailed by Robert Oermann at Music Row Magazine as, "the birth of a major, major artist." Now nipping at its heels just a year and a half later comes Rod''s sophomore effort, Stray Dogs.
