In 1997 Perry Jenkins decided to take what he thought to be just a ''talent''and transfer it from the ''secular arena''. He made a choice to sing only for the Lord. It was at this time
he realized what he really possessed was a ''gift'' from God and not just vocal ability.

One can''t help but notice the discipline and seriousness he displays as he minister and praise God in song. Those who knew him as a youth attributes this to time spent singing with The Philadelphia Boy''s Choir.

Although he started his career at the age of 9 and shared the stage with numerous artist like The Temptations, Jeffery Odborn, Denise Williams, The Four Tops: the list goes on. It was Gos who sheltered him and nurtured his gift.

Some would say that his big break came in the early 80''s after he signed with the independent label ''Pop Art Records'': or the time he proformed at ''The Apollo Theatre'' in Harlem, NY. But he knows his biggest break came the day he accepted Jesus into his life.

What is his goal? To use the gift of song God has blessed him with to encourage the saved: reach the lost and help heal those who are broken.
