"White Trash Christmas" was inspired by producer Alex McDonald''s trip with his wife and daughter, to visit the folks for the holidays. Waylaid by weather conditions and car trouble, they missed the Christmas gathering and instead had their own Christmas dinner at a Truck Stop.
