Mr. Richard Bailey, aka Proem, has been quiet for awhile,... but he''s been busy. Very busy making Socially Inept, the most densely emotive Proem record to date. His second album on Merck, and fourth overall. Described by Richard as being sweeter than a vegan triple chocolate peanut butter mousse with an extra thick crust.
