Buffalo Beat was created at the request of those who attend my monthly Shamanic Journey meditation. It consists of three pieces which were Shamanic Journeys that I personally went on and recorded.

While recording, many times I received messages that I should get up and turn off the recorder and delete the file. So the three pieces on this CD are what was allowed.

I use both a 15" elk hide drum and a 24" buffalo hide drum on this CD.
