Richard is a Nada Yoga practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, spiritual healer and flute carrier. When he discovered the Native American Flute, he knew immediately that he could use this instrument in his healing and meditation sessions.

Richard has studied Biosonic Repatterning(TM) which includes Tuning Forks, Bija Mantras, Voice Energetics, Five Element Theory, Toning, and Sacred Sound. He also incorporates Brainwave Entrainment into his music.

In October 2003, Richard attended The Professional Training Program in MindBody Spirit Medicine taught by the Center for Mind Body Medicine.
