Sirens'' Song is a four member all girl band, and offers a distinctive sound with complex harmonies and acoustical instruments. Band members influences include Loreena McKennet, Sting, Keats and Byron! The style of Sirens''Song is very difficult to describe, but the band has been characterized as pop/folk/celtic-rock with poetic lyrics and singable melodies.

The feel of Starlight and Shadow is moody and lush. All of the songs are introspective, although the tone never depresses. Each song has a background story, and each expects the listener to be attentive and intelligent.
