What began as a series of open-ended sessions between two aspiring film composers, swiftly evolved into a full-scale collaboration, resulting in the group ''transit'' and the album ''lost angles''. Francis, Bafta nominated composer of electronica and strange sounds, met Marnie, a classically trained harpist/singer/songwriter (check out her debut CD ''Sunday Skies''), at UCLA. He had recently arrived on America''s fair shores after departing his homeland of Scotland, and she was fresh-off-the-farm from Boise, Idaho. Together they harnessed their assorted talents, and with a lot of creativity, dexterity, cunning, and a strong work ethic, formed a unique sound.
