I was born in Colorado and have a deep love of the mountains.
I am a massage therapist by trade, which is where I first came to know and love Native American flute music. I have been influenced by such wonderful artists as Mary Youngblood, R Carlos Nakai and Danny Many Horses. When I got my first flute I told this native man that I didn''t know how to read music or play any instrument. He told me to go to the mountain and let the birds teach me. I did and still to this day have never had a lesson nor do I know how to read music. I spend my days trying to help people in pain feel better and people who are stressed relax. I occasionally play this CD for my patients and they take it home to help them continue in their healing. Each of these songs comes from my heart. My hope is that you will receive healing, rest and peace as your spirit travels with these songs. Relax and discover the gentle, soothing musical landscapes of the Native American flute.
