Hi, my name is Todd Shafer, and I wrote the lyrics and produced this CD. Most of these songs are about how children effect our lives, both good and bad. Topics include the blessings that children bring to our lives, beleiving in yourself, planning the nursury, hoping to have healthy children, divorce, kids with parents serving overseas for the armed forces, and prayer. The songs on this CD are based on a firm christian foundation without being preachy. The lyrics are heartfelt and inspirational and you can sense the tone of family and faith through out the CD. I was raised as a lutheran but when I was 19, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and became active in the baptist faith. Hope you enjoy the music and lyrics as much as your children will enjoy them.
