CRESCENT BLUE is Ken''s fifth CD of his original, easy-listening music. Those who own his previous CDs love the relaxing atmosphere created by his easy-listening style and have commented positively that his music maintains its appeal over time.

The title track for CRESCENT BLUE is one of several songs composed while Ken vacationed with his family at Crescent Beach, Florida (10 miles south of St. Augustine). Other tracks inspired, written, and recorded there, include also Perry Mason Blues, Drifting at C, and Anastasia Nights. With so much of this CD coming from the inspiration of Crescent Beach, Ken decided to dedicate this CD to this beautiful beach he calls "a jewel in the Florida seascape," which was the beach of his childhood. Since his Grandmother Jones introduced him as a child to Crescent Beach, Ken also created CRESCENT BLUE as a memorial CD to her in this 20th year since her passing.

Although the songs on the CD are all instrumentals, some of the melodies have lyrics which were inspired by books he read or personal experiences. Contact Ken if you would like the lyrics sent to you.
