Kay was born in Istanbul, Turkey.

Immigrated to Marseille France during the Cypress War,
from France they moved to London Ontario, where he began to pursue his musical passion.

After leaving high school(TV Arts) he became a sound engineer for Likes of Jamie James from the King Bees.

He rode to the Pacific Coast on his motor bike where he developed his west coast sound.
