Melodye and Ingrid, the duo known as the Bowed Psaltery Psongsters, reside in southeastern Connecticut. They teamed up together a few years ago to generate renewed interest in the bowed psaltery through classes, workshops, and presentations. They have a group of psaltery players that meet on a regular basis to play, share music, and perform at senior centers. Melodye and Ingrid continue to share their music at various venues such as churches, luncheons, and historical homes.
