Apostle Johnson is a native of the State of New York. As a young child, Pastor Johnson spent years in the church, being taught the Word of God. At the age of fourteen, she asked Christ to come into her life as her personal Savior. It was at that time that Pastor Johnson was saved and filled with the Spirit of God.

When she was seventeen, Pastor Johnson preached her first public message, and from that day on has been serving the Lord. She and her family settled in the suburbs of Maryland after Pastor Johnson secured a promising career with the U.S. Postal Service.

Apostle Shirley Johnson could have lived a comfortable and peaceful life, yet knowing that just miles away there were hundreds of men and women who did not have such comforts
